Reference Checks

The reference checks consist of three attempts of contact and includes in-depth interviews to validify the character, strengths, and weaknesses of the candidate. The turnaround time for these references are 48-72 hours in total, as we are conscious of time zones and response time.
Personal References: A reference check that validated the candidates character traits. The personal references will consist of three attempts of contact and will include in-depth interviews to evaluate the applicant’s character in lieu of the current business’s needs in a candidate.
